Speed Skating Club
The Speed Skating Club is becoming one of the fastest growing Ice activities designed specially for all ages and abilities. Ice Skating burns up to 400Kcal per hour, less stressful for the joints than running or jogging and has one of the lowest rates of injury than any other recreational sport activities.
