iceFitness™ Body:
- This is an off-ice workout aimed at preparing your body for skating, improving your overall fitness level and developing greater balance and flexibiliy. It combines various body conditioning exercises from disciplines such as ballet, Pilates, Yoga & Swiss ball into a low-impact routine that will not only warm you up and reduce the risk of skating injuries, but also give you a leaner, stronger and more flexible body.

iceFitness™ Power:
- This is an on-ice circuit that includes a variety of skating exercises appropriate to your level: from basic stroking to a disco-style dance routine. The focus here is on challenging your body and getting your heart pumping - ideal to trim off extra pounds.

iceFitness™ Performance:
- This module focuses on developing of skating skills and is structured along the lines of Skate UK programme developed by the National Ice Skating Association. It will gradually build your skating mastery and confidence on ice and prepare you for entering NISA standard testing and competition track, if you wish to do so in future.
